Do you have a child who is due to begin Primary 1 in September 2025?

At Lisnasharragh there are two classes in each year group with 388 children attending altogether. In September 2025 the school will be permitted to accept up to 60 children into Primary 1. Applications should be completed online on the Education Authority website. The closing date is Friday 24th January. (Places are also available in other year groups).

Application Procedure

Digital Applications

  • If your child is starting primary school in September 2025, you can apply for a place online from Friday 10th January 2025 from 12 noon via the Education Authority P1 Application Portal.

  • The closing date and time for Primary 1 applications is 12 noon on Friday 24th January 2025.

    Parents/carers will receive application outcomes via the portal.

  • You can view admissions criteria online at www.eani.org.uk/parents/admissions

  • The admissions criteria is only applied when a school is over-subscribed.

  • You may find more information about our school on our Prospectus which is available on this website.
